The products are unique or made in short series, which means there is a possibility of slight differences from the pictures shown.

All prices listed in the store are gross prices (Seller is not a VAT payer).

Orders can be placed through the online store or email contact.

The condition for processing the order is to provide correct contact and address information.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of order acceptance via email.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

The customer can choose the following forms of payment:

• traditional transfer,

• online payment,

• other forms agreed individually.

The order is processed after payment is credited.

Products are delivered within Poland and, by arrangement, abroad.

Delivery is made via courier companies or parcel services.

Delivery time is usually from 2 to 10 business days, depending on product availability.

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller by e-mail.

The cost of return shall be borne by the customer.

• Products made to the individual order of the customer,

• Personalized products (e.g., with a dedication).

The seller is liable for physical defects in the product in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

Complaints should be reported by email, describing the defect and attaching photos.

The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.

If the complaint is accepted, it is possible:

• product repair,

• replacement,

• return of funds.

Customers' personal data are processed only for the purpose of order processing.

Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order.

The customer has the right to inspect, correct and delete his data.

The Regulations are effective as of the date of their publication.

The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
